This is the first in a new series of articles aiming to review websites that can be a useful tool in our daily clinical practice. Internet usage is expanding rapidly among both doctors and patients. A woman coming to the clinic with pages printed off the internet is a familiar sight to most of us and we should be able to guide patients to websites of respected authorities. We plan to review websites that aim at doctors, patients or both. We do want this series of articles to be interactive and therefore we welcome and request suggestions of websites that you find useful and informative. We aim to review websites on a specific subspecialty or O&G field in each article. This first article is an exception as we will concentrate on five basic websites that we use frequently in our practice.
