TOG is the journal for continuing professional development from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists

Scope

TOG aims to provide all health professionals working within the field of obstetrics and gynaecology with an up-to-date, peer reviewed information resource delivered through a range of current, educational articles.

Readership

TOG is available both in print and online. The print version is sent to Members and Fellows in the British Isles as well as all trainees worldwide, providing them with CPD creditable questions. The journal is relevant to all trainees and health professionals working within the field of obstetrics and gynaecology.

The journal regularly features:

Articles are commissioned solely by the Editorial Board. If you would like to make a contribution, please submit your idea, accompanied by an abstract outlining your proposal, to: tog{at}rcog.org.uk The abstract should be structured in the following format:
  • Up to five bulleted ‘information points’ summarising the key content of the article
  • Up to three bulleted ‘objectives’: these are pointers as to what anyone reading the article could reasonably hope to learn from it
  • Up to three bulleted ethical issues raised specifically by the article or associated with the subject matter in general
  • Please note that, due to the educational nature of the journal, each proposed article must have one author who is senior in their subspecialty.
